  • The Real Deal

Amy Allan is the real deal. They don't come anymore real. Her methods are the proper way to conduct a psychic investigation. None of that ghost hunting with electronic devices that prove nothing like in other TV shows. The reason why you see no ego aggrandizement is because people who know what they can do have nothing to prove. It takes a lot of courage to do what Amy does. I would spend good money just to talk with her for a few hours. When season 2 is available I will buy it!

I like this show. It brings a new look to eerie events with the medium and the detective looking into the situation from two completely different directions to get the same conclusions. I hope it gets renewed!

This "psychic" should really go hang out with the guy from Paranormal state, she makes John Edwards look credible!!! She is not only a fraud, she is down right dangerous!! Every property has more than one entity and they are always something more than a ghost according to her, including demons, shadow people and poltegeists. She scares the owners silly and always tells them it could get worse and in the 3rd episode she straight out told a family that their mother was to blame for a poltegeist!!! As far as the investigator not revealing his findings to her until after she does her "walk", yeah prove it. She is always a little too detailed and spot on to be believable to me!!!

Enjoyable and thought provoking. Excellent combination of fact, using Amy and Steve's talents. Hope there will be more!

This is very entertaining, to hear about these cases from 2 viewpoints, when neither the psychic nor the retired policeman meet until the end of filming to discuss what they each have discovered. Very insightful, refreshing to see some actual ingenuity on the tired platform of reality television. Bette than most ghost-style shows for sure. I like it a lot!!!!
