Description

Reveal the Path is a genre-defying adventure film that contemplates what it means to live an inspired life using the bicycle as a mechanism to explore, dream and discover. Regions explored include Scotland's lush valleys, Europe's snow capped mountains, Morocco's high desert landscapes, Nepal's rural countryside and Alaska's rugged coastal beaches. Ride along and get lost in the wonders of the world. Meet the locals living modest yet seemingly fulfilling lives, leading us to question what it means to live an inspired life - however humble or extravagant. Filmed across four continents and featuring Tour Divide race legends, Matthew Lee & Kurt Refsnider, this immersive film is sure to ignite the dream in you. Join in as the creators of "Ride the Divide" take you on an adventure that will leave you with an eager desire to chart your own course to faraway lands or simply to discover with eyes wide open what's right around the bend.

  • I wanted to like this movie...

Unfortunately, the awkward conversations of thirty(?)-somethings trying to assign some deep philosophical meaning to their bike ride overwhelmed the riding scenes. Good movie for the riding, some of the dialogue was just goofy.

  • Reveals MORE than a Path

As you follow the guys around the world on their bikes you realize that you start to almost feel like you are there with them. The scenery is awesome, the interactions with the people are great, and all you can do is wish you were right there with them. The focus is on the freedom of and joy of riding, not some agro stunts or heavy race action. It boils it all down to the simplicity of just riding your bike and enjoying the world. This is to cycling what Endless Summer was to Surfing. I call it "Bicycle for the Soul."

This is an amazing film to watch on the big screen. You get to see some breathtaking shots of some incredible landscapes, meet some interesting people and get a sense of how spectacular our world is. Paired with an extraordinary soundtrack, the move transports viewers to places they might have only dreamed about. Reveal The Path does a great job of putting things in perspective. Perhaps the world wouldn't be such a bad place to live, if we all had a chance to ride our bikes around the globe - or, at least, experience it though a great movie like this. My only criticism of the movie is that there wasn't enough. I was left with wanting to see more destinations, meet more people, and perhaps more self-discovery with the riders. I would love to see a sequel to this expedition.

Loved Ride the Divide so was excited for this new film. Doesn't have the suspense of watching racers push themselves into the ground but its not that kind of film. The photography is better and locations and people they meet are amazing. Goats in trees!? My wife loved it. She's watched it more than I have. She thought the message was great and now wants me to take her on some of my bike trips, which is pretty cool - I think.

Another great cycling movie. Not quite as good as their last one, Ride the Divide, but still a great movie. Not a lot of cycling movies out there, but these are two of the best.
  • Poor production, good photography

Unlike Ride the Divide, the story telling in this film is about the worst you can get. Disjointed footage does not really explain the logistics or plan for the adventure. No overall map or route discussion. Bizarre for an adventure film. The photography was good and so it might be worth a watch just for that.

I loved this movie when I got a chance to have a sneak preview in Dallas, TX. Great movie about adventure biking…not from a certain race perspective, but from a lifestyle perspective….highly recommended
