Iron Man Anime Series, Season 1

5 stars on great art—the storyline was a Luis Leon dull—it needed improvement big time

I bought this only because a friend told me about it and the trailer looked decent... I started to watch with skepticism, but by the end of the first episode I was hooked. There are some... decidedly cringey parts ("That's one cure for cancer!"), but for the most part is an interesting and unique take on the familiar Tony Stark character. I've always loved Iron Man, and this takes it one step further by allowing me to experience my favorite Avenger in a whole new way.

The story behind this series was pretty cool, it was entertaining and very full of action. The art was what really got me, it was fantastic! Iron-Man is great as is but the whole concept of "anime" being merged to form a storyline was very interesting. I don't want to spoil it for anyone so I'll just say this, if you love Marvel and anime this is something you don't want to miss. The art feels a little like that of Akira and the story feels like a new kid in town story, who doesn't quickly make friends but it doesn't take place in a classroom, instead there are blasts to the face and a nice balance between entertainment and twist that hook you even more :) at first it's a little.. Eh, but then it get super interesting, if you are doubting it I say get it it's awesome!!

Better than any of these childish cartoons we have here in the U.S. I saw the English version it was pretty awesome .

This anime was pretty good and anime has become one of my favorite animation styles but I have one question to ask about this anime....Why are all the Japanese speaking english even to each other? Either Tony knows Japanese and we just hear them speak english, they all speak english or Tony has some universal translator implanted in his brain or something.

The anime style looks like crap to me. Iron Man isn't a character that is supposed to have a series like this. It definitely doesn't fit my idea of Iron Man. I prefer the older animated series, just better.

Besides that it's alright. Very slow, mid-level writing. I can imagine small children liking it, but not very engaging for a wider ranged audience. Happy Halloween! 👻
