Blade: The Series, Season 1

very good

I am a huge fan of blade. This was a really good series the only thing i don't like about it would have to be the ending because they didn't really finish the story. And to make it worse they aren't going to be making a season 3. :(

OK.. I must admit, the first two episodes were "so-so", but it got better as it went along. I think people would enjoy it more if they get the unrated version. I will say that I was disappointed with the fighting sequences. If there is to be a season 2, they definitely need to give "Sticky Fingaz" some fight training. I did like the fact that he is cut and shredded to play the part, he has the look. The women in this series aren't bad either. If you are a fan of Blade, I would add this to the collection; it won't hurt.

I love this show. I loved all the Blade movies, too, with Wesley Snipes. The acting in the tv show sometimes leaves a little to be desired but it's still fun.

This show is excellent! One of the best shows I've ever watched. This is all of the episodes ever created. The final show was to be continued in the next season, but there never was a season 2. I very highly recommend this series!

If you loved the movies, avoid this series. The leads couldn't act their way out of a wet paper bag. "Sticky" didn't know how to fight, and all of his fight scenes are badly choreographed with a stunt double. Lousy writing, worse acting, and idiotic stories. iTunes should pay us $1.99 to watch an episode of this steaming pile.

Absolutely horrendous. I can't think of any show that comes too mind that was worse. If I could have giving this show no stars, I would.

I just read that the Season One DVD will be completely uncut, uncensored, and unrated. It will include full-frontal nudity and harsher language. In my opinion, this is good b/c the show was like PG-13 and the movies were R rated. Now with the DVD, the show will be R rated along with the movies.

Initially i was skeptical about the show. But i decided to give it a chance and found that it really had potential. It was surprisingly well written and had an intriguing story line that kept me interested throughout the season. It is unfortunate that the show has already been cancelled because i feel that the show was still getting on its feet and viewers didn't give it a chance to get going. I know most people think this show may be corny or absurd but it actually has deph and intellect, not just mind numbing action. If i could. I would encourage the writers of this show to pick it up where they left off for an enthralling second season.

The pilot is what actually got me started on the whole blade movies and series. I coulod see it using some work, and I see too many blade fans asking for the series back. I really enjoyed the series, yeah it's not like the movies, but its a series so it has to have you wanting more, and not showing you ALL the good stuff at the first few episodes. I really wish they brought this series back or atleast make another movie, I've been dying for some news on Blade ever since they cancelled the series.
