Read a book instead of this movie

There’s plenty out there, books that is, this thing though that gets lauded for simply using MLK is pretty lousy. It jumps, used way overdone acting, it’s boring, the pace is all over. Just read a book or two on the subject matter. Skip this trash.
Powerful! ✊🏾

This movie is verbatim what’s happening right now with the protests for George Floyd. This movie could be filmed today (6/5/20), and it would look the same. It’s a shame the police haven’t learned anything since ‘65. This movie should be watched by every American citizen. It’s an amazing film and truly an inspiration for my generation, gen Y.

I watched this with my kids as my son is studying the Civil Rights movement. It was educational and put a personal spin on the topic. I found it to be very inspirational also.

Amazing movie, but when will this movie upgrade to 4K and have the deleted scenes closed captioned too?

It was a good movie. I liked learning lots of things that happened while protesting. I liked this movie because it’s has lots of good action and has a great actor that sounds a lot more like Martin Luther king jr
I'm a a white Southerner one generation removed from this era in history and the older I get the more questions I have. I only wish I could have seen this movie sooner. Aside from the history lesson that will never leave you, the acting and the film itself was incredible. Stunning.
Excellent movie
