Jack Cosmo (Joe Piscopo) is a has-been, alcoholic Broadway director who needs to produce a successful musical in order to pay off his debt to mob boss Big Mike (Paul Sorvino). However, problems arise when Big Mike insists on using the degenerates and criminals who owe him money as the cast and crew. Now Jack has one last chance to revitalize his career, and hopefully in the process be able to reconnect with his estranged daughter Sarah (Erika Christensen) who is the key to his sobriety.
