Taken 2

Not quite sure why Liam Neeson turned down the role of 007 and then a decade later chose to film this...whatever it is.

It's ok but you kinda feel they run out of money half way through filming.

What I favored about this movie it's realistic. It don't contain fantasy James Bond gizmo or unrealistic bad boy physical image as Rambo although I like that movie(s) too. Average looking dude among us that's deadly skilled. I would have given 5 stars but the embassy stunt wasn't realistic. And please Apple drop Rotten Tomato scoring, myself as another person stated don't like outside opinion within the iTunes universe.

Ok so lets start off by saying this movie was made intended for France and then came to the US. This movie is horrible compared to taken. And the weird camera thing through the whole movie why? i wish they could have done a better job. also throughout the whole movie scenes were predictable not a good way to entertain an audience. Being brutally honest this movie is not worth watching and a waste of & money.

That fact the daughter had more to do with action really got me

Always been a fan of Taken and now that Taken 2 came out I went to the midnight premier. And I have to say it was pretty good. Of course the 1st one is better but this one is really good! I watched it 2 times after that and still like it. Very recommended.

I rarely review movies because I unlike music I am a bit more picky and biased with films as far as actors and their acting, plot lines, and the over all flow of a movie. So many people like myself really liked the first Taken. However there has been such criticism about the second one (their always is with most sequels) and this is because it is very rare for a sequel to even come close to the popularity of the first film. But people forget that movies are entertainment first and foremost. If you like the actors ( I am a huge Liam Neeson fan), and the overall idea then that is all that should really matter. If you buy a movie and are dissapointed maybe you should have rented it first! So, as I have stated most sequels, as is the case with Taken 2 did not come close to the thrills and storyline of the first. Matter of fact it probably could have been part of the first movie since it was so short and then overall it would have been better. Bottom line, I liked it, I was entertained, and when it was over I was satisfied - not ecstatic, but definitely entertained. AND THAT IS WHAT MOVIES SHOULD BE - ENTERTAINMENT. If you liked the first one just go into the second one knowing that it will be similar (very similar in this case) and try to remember that when it is over as long as you were satisfied with it, then case closed. Long review short - I agree with the first reviewer - good story line and the point of the movie was for action.

I don't no why the reviews aren't good for this movie because i thought it was great! It was never boring just as good as the 1st one! Watch it!

Not sure what people are looking for. Plenty of action and story follows the first one. I hope a third is in the works.
