Werewolf: The Beast Among Us

They didn't even bother to shoot this mess on film. They used a low-grade video stock. It's from Universal, who gave us Werewolf of London (1934) & The Wolf Man (1941). Here, there's no plot, no coherent direction, not even a trace of decent gore. Save your $$$

It wasn't horrible. It just didn't hold my interest.

I have been watching horror/sci-fi/ thriller movies for 40 some years. I own all the Universal Movies from the 30s, 40s, and 50s. This is one of the best werewolf movies I have seen in years. Good atmosphere and great story line. Fun to watch.

I've seen this movie more than enough times to say this is by far my favorite movie ever and it is the best werewolf movie in creation.The good thing about the movie is that it keeps you guessing and there is plenty of gore to satisfy me.

Clearly, not a lot of people know when a spectacular movie is made like this one. This movie has great acting! SOOOO much suspense, action, gore, thrills! You name it! The setting is very well done which is set in a Transylvanian society. An Instant Classic! A perfect movie builds suspense to the ending. I love this director! This guy knows how to make a movie people! And the werewolf....AMAZING! It's not a cheap computer image, it seriously looks real not to mention all the transofmration scenes! You'll keep being on your feet all the way through! I love the ending, of course, I won't give away it away. It's totally worth the money! This is soo a keeper! If you're a werewolf movie fan like me, then you'll love this movie! WEREWOLVES RULE!

I really don't see how anyone could give this a bad rating, great story, great affects, great acting and keeps you into the movie. I say We'll Done !!!!!!

Bad acting is so pervasive that you must wander if they did it deliberately. Insufficient context around the story makes it hard to immerse oneself into the plot; which is by the way quite weak. I can see how this could have been a better movie with had a little more thought gone into it.
