Description

In remote Alaska, citizens have been mysteriously vanishing since the 1960s. Despite multiple FBI investigations, the truth behind the phenomena had never been discovered—until now. While videotaping therapy sessions with traumatized patients, psychologist Dr. Abigail Tyler (Milla Jovovich) unwittingly exposes terrifying revelations of multiple victims whose claims of being visited by alien figures all share disturbingly identical details. Based on actual case studies, The Fourth Kind uses Dr. Tyler’s never-before-seen archival footage alongside dramatic reenactments to present the most disturbing evidence ever documented in this provocative thriller critics are calling “terrifyingly real…The most shocking alien abduction movie to date.” –Tim Anderson, BLOODY-DISGUSTING.COM

This is one of the first movies that truthfully traumatized me for the next 2 years after viewing. The director knew actually what he wanted and it worked well, it was incredibly unique. A must watch for anyone who wants to be traumatized for the next few years.

This movie is the most creepy movie of all time that I have ever seen, it leaves every other horror movie to the dust, That night I slept and waked terrified at 03:00 AM, no other movie ever did this to me. What scared me more is that I am well aware of the Sumerian civilization alleged link to the extraterrestrial beings before I see this movie.

Fist off the whole promise of this movie is to show true evidence of things from other worlds and it definitely delivers if you are looking for a movie that will have you screaming this may not be the right one for you it is more of just a disturbed thought of abduction and torture I do not believe in aliens I think the footage is real but as a Christian I believe that the true answer Is demons....over all this movie is fun to watch with your friends and get creeped out and see what they believe...I give "The Fourth Kind" three stars out of five

This movie is just short of of giving you a personal introduction to an actual alien. The way they blended the movie with actual footage is awesome !
  • First time I've given only 2 stars.

Yea I had high expectations for this movie after a friend of mine recommended it and said it scared the crap out of him. I looked up whether ANY of the "real" footage was actually real, and no it's not. *spoiler alert* Obviously the recordings are fake and the creepy footage as well, but I was hoping there would actually be real elements to the story. As a fiction, the recordings and the "creepy" footage make the movie too far out and so it lacks that "could be real possibly" element, resulting in a movie that is by no means disturbing.
