Implanted with a lethal microchip and monitored closely by a Hope Industries executive (Val Kilmer), Gibson is plagued by strange visions and haunted by a past he cannot remember. If he wants to survive, his only chance lies with a group of renegade hackers who may be the only ones who know how to stop the dangerous corporation before it's too late. • Impossibly bad

It dips into that valley of bad that is just agonizing - not bad in the fun way, that you can toss one-liners at... but bad in the way that makes you reach for the remote. In my case I stuck with it wondering if it could ever get decent but it never scratches the height of merely incompetent. Neither Cuba Gooding nor Val Kilmer care about this movie and their performances ooze uncomfortable boredom from first to last. It's amazing that junk like this gets released -- this studio hopes to recoup their money by foisting it off on iTunes. Any art student could have done more with the money spent on this tripe. Trust me, absolutely any other show on iTunes will reward your investment better than this insipid waste of 0s and 1s. Pure garbage.

First off, don't ever submit a rating for a movie that you haven't seen or have only seen a preview for. Thats just stupid, man. seriously. This movie is a great example of actors who once were thought to have talent but in fact either had the absolute worst career advice or agents in the history of cinema or were exposed to be just jaded, cynical, rich character actors who were overrated. Weak plot, weak structure and development, its just hackneyed cliche after hackneyed cliche of bad scriptwriting. I regret watching it. I can't imagine anyone but Cuba Gooding Jrs family watching it, to support him. I would really like to know what happened to these two. I guess Kilmers just a real pain to work with but Cuba G has a good rep, I have no idea why he takes roles like this so often. Its like he thought they were European commercials and would never be seen in the states. sigh. Its a long long way from Jerry Maguire and Tombstone guys. Want to see your future? Try Ed Begley Jr or Robert Forster.
