Description

Experience the gruesome beginnings of Mr. Smith and his hotel of horrors in this terrifying prequel to Vacancy, starring Agnes Bruckner (Murder by Numbers). Suspecting only a night of hard beds and tacky décor, Caleb, his sexy new fiancée Jessica and his sarcastic best friend Tanner, check into the Meadow View Inn. They have no idea that it is not just another lonely motel, but a horrific trap where guests are brutally tortured and murdered while the sadistic maniac Mr. Smith and his greedy accomplices film the grisly slayings for profit. Caught in a deadly game or cat and mouse, the three young friends now must fight to survive.

Basically the same exact movie as the first — but without the suspense and tension

It was confusing but the girl was the only one left? And what did they think when that dude killed his wife? But I like this because it really let's you know to watch out when you see tacky decor and dirty floors in the hotel

personally, i think this movie was just as good as the first one!! it was actuly prety underrated..it should have gotten more publicity.. maybe the original was a bit more scary, but this one was just more suspenseful and it was kindof interesting to see how everything started...so id buy it if u likd the first one

This movie turned out alot better than i thought it would. Its not half bad. I would definantly watch it again. My mom bought this movie, thinking it would be good. I told her about how the first was horribly dumb and she was going to take it back but my sister got it out and started watching it, and it wasn't half bad. Plus the main character is in Blood and Chocolate, so theres a bonus. The only part i hate is how she never gets justice for the murders of her boyfriend and his friend, but i guess thats what layed out the setting for the first one. This movie isnt worth ten bucks, if it were for for five i would suggest buying it. You may be suprised; you might like it.

I loved this movie! For those of you like me that wonder how the story connects, the Pinewood Motel is built by the main antagonist later in the film.
