I’m usually not a fan of horror films . This was inspired by events of the Chief Exorcists for the Vatican Father Amorth . I think Russell Crowe did an amazing job portraying Father Amorth. I’ve watched it several times since purchasing the movie. I am a Russell Crowe fan and he did not disappoint in this movie.

It was hard to watch because it was so boring and predictable. The acting was terrible on everyone’s part. The characters were terrible too. I wouldn't care if the devil killed all of them in a fire in the first 5 minutes.

Modern society has forgotten what “fun” is. Just about everything can be fun, and everything doesn’t have to be “so serious”… kids today don’t seem to understand what fun a campy, cheesy horror flick can be. The films visuals are better than average, the plot is as old as time itself and it delivers. If you’re going to see an exorcist movie to be shocked or amazed you need to time travel back to opening night of the original Exorcist movie. This film knows what it is and if you accept all of this then you’ll allow yourself to enjoy this film and have a little fun. I dunno, maybe it’s because I grew up with Freddy and Jason and Michael but I enjoyed this film at face value without expecting more than it is
  • "Do the roar!"

The dialogue in this is repetitive. When the demon knocks something small over "that is just mere taste of the destruction I can cause! (Roars)".......plenty of roars...says "I"ll kill you all!"....proceeds to roar then diabolically pretends to sleep. 90% this movie takes place from a bed....makes sense cause its a snore fest. Watching an exhausted Russell Crowe run 10/10

Best exorcism movie I’ve seen in a long time. I was worried cause the reviews weren’t that great. But I was pleasantly surprised. Russell Crowe never disappoints. Loved it.

Its been a long time since I’ve seen Russel Crowe in a movie. I’ve seen this twice and I enjoy it. There should be a part 2 for this…

The plot isn’t too dense, but that’s fine because the acting and cinematography make up. Mr Crowe speaks frequently in Italian! Thoroughly enjoyed with my 4/5 star expectations
