Bond has left active service and is enjoying life in Jamaica. His peace is short-lived when his old friend Felix Leiter from the CIA turns up asking for help. Making major changes to a classic brought about its untimely downfall. The only James Bond movie, I will not buy. Rotten Tomatoes is deceiving people by it favorable reviews, they are completely biased and probably paid off by the studio. The new characters are not likable and no real chemistry. Terrible!
  • It’s a 1/3rd of a good movie, sadly.

Words cannot do justice to describe my disappointment with this movie. I was so looking forward to this movie when it was first announced. How could I not? It was Craig’s final outing as 007! Unfortunately, it appears that the conditions for his final return led to specific plot points (the ending) in the script. And boy, it really shows. This might be the worst Bond story, worst Bond outing I’ve ever suffered through. Positives? The score is good. The cinematography is great. And the first third of the film are fantastic (ending after the Cuba scene). After that? You can turn it right off and not bother picking it back up. This movie feels like it was made on a dare. And sadly, the producers seemed to relent. I really don’t want to see any of the producers or writers from this movie on any future Bond movie. Ever. Save your money and your time. Reading a book, cleaning your house, going for a walk? Those are all far better uses of your time than watching this nearly three hour of a movie drag on.

This was a great film. a perfect sendoff for daniel Craig. I have never had tears in a film before until the ending in this film. going to miss Daniel Craig as bond. I only wished my mom was alive to watch his final film. We both are big Daniel Craig fans

Big James Bond fan here but was supremely disappointed in this movie. Way too much left sided politics and did not capture the essence of James Bond. The villain was weak and the ending completely unneeded. Strongly suggest you pass in this one.

I mean it was pretty good, but the ending was sad... I hope the little girl becomes the next James Bond. But that's just me.
  • What’s that supposed to be ?

Some of those Nano Bots must have been released early - and destroyed the genetic code of Bond movies. Only Daniel Graig keeps things somewhat and only a little bit together and provides a minimum of the Bond idea. Unfortunately, that is by far not enough to make this a good or even an ok’ish movie. Holy cow is that bad.

I’m looking at all these reviews and I appreciate them. But I’m a 007 fan and I bought the movie. There were moments where you would think “huh?” But the experience of the move was great. Loved it, had me crying a little too.
