Description

Phil (Adam Devine) has a major dependency issue - he’s addicted to his phone. He has no friends, he has a job writing pop culture “Top 10” lists, and his love life is non-existent. But his Facebook status is about to change. When he is forced to upgrade his phone, the latest model comes with an unexpected feature...Jexi (Rose Byrne) – an A.I. life coach, virtual assistant and cheerleader. With her help, Phil begins to get a real life. But as he becomes less dependent on his phone, Jexi’s artificial intelligence morphs into a tech nightmare determined to keep Phil all to herself, even if it means ruining his chances of finding success.

  • 5 stars based on how much I laughed

If you don’t laugh out loud throughout the entire movie then you don’t have a sense of humor. The story itself if pretty bad, but the comedy in it is so worth the watch. It’s a movie I would watch many times and recommend to my friends. There’s a chance I watch it for a second day in a row. That funny!

If you are a younger person who likes laid back comedy’s then this is the movie for you. I laughed out loud pretty much the entire time and thought the the movie was great. If you’re a millennial then watch the movie, you’re welcome.

I’d say don’t waste your money but then you could always watch it for free somewhere else so I’ll just say don’t waste your time. Sad attempt at comedy. Watched 10 minutes at a friends house and just left instead.

Portrays today’s society perfectly! People are so addicted to their phones. My fiancé and myself never stopped laughing!

The worst foul mouth language used to get laughs but incredibly doesn’t deliver on any comedic relief. Horrible writing, worse acting and utterly disgusting sexual scenes I couldn’t even watch. Turned movie off half way through. I want my money back!!!

Nowadays reviewers are just haters. This movie is a relaxed comedy which clearly shows the dependence of most people on their phones. I could not stop laughing. Come on people, stop taking everything so seriously. Buy it.
