You can imagine the professional in Hollywood could make a movie about one of their own without any bias, as in let this woman stand for us as she was. Well all laughter aside, this tripe isn't a documentary its propaganda. Don't throw your money at...

Look, Ruth Bader Ginsburg obviously bucked many norms from her day. She undoubtedly had a mind that was far more brilliant than any of us making comments on this movie. However, that doesn’t mean this movie is any good. This movie is sycophantic tripe. The USSR couldn’t have made a better propaganda piece. Although I disagree with many of her views, she still deserved an objective telling of her story because that would’ve been far more compelling and impressive than this production from the Ministry of Truth. The only thing worse than some of RBG’s legal opinions are the mouth-breathing sycophants who deify her without having ever read RBG’s written legal opinions. I disagree with her, but she deserved better than this terrible production.

It’s a lovely film. I’m also amused how conservatives are leaving reviews on something they never watched just give it a low rating.
  • Amazing person and amazing film!

The film could have used more of her thoughts, but it was excellent. I’ve added it to the library. Thanks Ruth!

If you don’t know her story and all the “glass ceilings” she broke. Watch you and it would tell you.

She was a powerful impact on the equality of women in the US, & should be remembered for that. But because she didn’t relieve herself of her charge when unable to execute her office- because of political reasons, demonstrates the true character of the person, & compromising the Supreme Court & eroding the checks & balances of the US government. Shame on her. She is not a hero, not an icon, just another brand for individuals who don’t believe in the Bill of Rights for everyone (but only for those who have confirmation bias). The film was well made, no surprise there. But is a work of fiction. Lies of omission are still lies.
