I never heard the name Chris Hondros but of course I've seen his photos all over the place over the past decade. This documentary is one of the most poetic and acurate portraits I have seen about a person. It captures the context of Chris' life from an early age in his own words as well as the depth of emotional connection he made with people all over the world. It's humbling to watch, because Chris lived such a visionary, courageous and remarkable life. Peace be upon him.

I rarely use that word—excellent. But that’s what Chris Hondros was, in every aspect of his life. It’s no wonder his colleagues speak of him with such reverence. He was a nice guy, a great friend and seemed to lead a full life, but when he took his camera into danger, what he captured is simply unparalleled. Look at those images. All of them. I promise they will stay with you for a long time. What a loss.
