I've only been to one Arlo Guthrie concert. It was the one with the University of Kentucky Orchestra, and it was the session that was recorded for the album "In Times Like These," but I've never been to a concert where Arlo just sang his songs in his more well-known, traditional way. Don't get me wrong; "In Times Like These" was an awesome experience, but it wasn't a typical concert. I have almost all of his albums and have been a fan since discovering him & Pete Seeger some 10-12 years ago. Since then, I've watched everything I can find on YouTube as well, but this recording made me feel like I've finally seen a full live performance with Arlo doing his songs and stories "his way" if you take my meaning. I still want to go see him perform live if the opportunity presents itself, but in my humble opinion, this is the next best thing. I definitely feel like I got my money's worth. I'll be watching this again and again for years to come! Thanks for releasing this Arlo!! Excellent!!!
